At AbuDhabiTouristPlaces.com, we are committed to making every part of your Abu Dhabi experience — including the booking process — seamless, transparent, and straightforward. This policy covers all reservations made through our platform, from Abu Dhabi City Tours and Desert Safaris to theme park tickets and adventure experiences.

Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team.
Payment
- Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — all transactions in AED
- Bank transfer
- Cash at our office or hotel travel desk
- Secure online payment link
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Guests under 18 may not independently transact on our website.
Booking Confirmation
A written confirmation will be sent by email or WhatsApp once payment is received. This includes your tour or attraction details, date, timing, pick-up or meeting point information, and booking reference. Please review carefully and contact us immediately if anything requires correction.
Amendments
Amendments — including date changes, guest numbers, or pick-up locations — should be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability. For theme park and attraction tickets, amendments may be subject to the venue’s own terms.
Cancellations & Refunds

Please note: theme park tickets, attraction entry passes, and certain pre-purchased experiences may be non-refundable once issued. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our team. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
Cross-Emirate Tours
For tours involving travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, or other emirates, the standard cancellation terms above apply. Travel time and logistics are subject to traffic and road conditions beyond our control.
Operator Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to weather, safety concerns, attraction closures, or circumstances beyond our control. Guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement. Notification will be provided as early as possible.
No-Shows
Guests not present at the confirmed pick-up or meeting point at the agreed time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued.
Cultural and Dress Code Requirements
Guests visiting religious or heritage sites — including the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque — must adhere to applicable dress codes. Guests who are refused entry due to non-compliance with a venue’s dress code will not be entitled to a refund.
Safety and Conduct
Guests must follow all safety instructions from our guides and any rules set by the attractions they visit. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
Liability
Abu Dhabi Tourist Places, as part of Travel Saga Tourism, takes all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience but does not accept liability for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
